Our Raspberry Rosé Truffle is a fresh cream truffle infused with Sharpe Hill Rosé Wine and enhanced with raspberry.
This piece expands our partnership with local winery Sharpe Hill. We tested several variations during the R&D phase, and this was the winning formulation. Everyone in the plant was eating them as quickly as they were being made yesterday! This is a whipped cream truffle that is incredible light and airy. It has amazing mouth feel and the flavor is exceptional!
