It is understood that all charges are due and payable at time of pick up or delivery. In the event of default, the authorized signer agrees to pay all court and collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees and all charges past due are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month, or 18% per annum. In order to induce Munson's Chocolates to extend credit to the above named organization, the authorized signer will absolutely pay the balance due from the above mentioned organization under the terms and conditions as stated

Orders are processed in 7 - 10 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation. Confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address you provided Munson’s. Check your e-mail for order confirmation — contact us if you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours of submission.

Terms:

  1. Minimum order $250.00 net (The net total of an order is the dollar amount after discount has been applied).
  2. We will not make any additions or deletions to orders at time of pick-up.
  3. Because our reputation of quality is in each piece we make, we cannot accept any returns.
  4. Payment in full is due at time or order pick up or delivery.
  5. 6.35% Connecticut Sales Tax must be added to all orders, unless you can provide us with all three of the following State Mandated, tax exemption requirements:
    • A completed Connecticut State Exemption Form.
    • A copy of your Connecticut State Tax Exemption Certificate or letter.
    • Payment with a group or organization check only (No Personal Checks or Cash)
  6. A fee of $20.00 will be applied to any check returned to Munson's Chocolates.

 

 

 

 

NOTE: Easter merchandise can only be ordered during the holiday period ( Easter items are NOT available before Feb 21st 2025). If you are Pre-Selling, we cannot guarantee that we will have holiday merchandise available to fill orders that are placed after the cut off dates listed Holiday orders must be received prior to the following cut off date: Easter: Friday March 14th 2025. Products may be subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee that items will always be in stock at all times. Make sure your customers are not disappointed and place your orders as soon as possible. *Since lead times vary seasonally, please call and confirm next available pick up or ship date.

Once you have created your virtual campaign you can log in and see who has ordered from your group, see what your organization has earned and also here is where you would also close out your campaign and send your final order to us.  Please Click Here to sign into your virtual Campaign.

Delivery Information

Delivery is free for orders over $2,500 net (Connecticut only). Deliveries require advanced scheduling: specific dates and times are subject to availability. At Munson's Chocolates, your safety is our priority.  Customers have the option of picking up their orders, in store, at select Munson's locations or (if the order qualifies) selecting a drop off location for delivery.   ( We will not deliver to private homes) Our scheduling coordinator will guide you in selecting the best option for your group.

                                                             

Please know that the protocols in place at Munson's Chocolates exceed the CDC's recommendations for best hygiene and appropriate precautions for interaction with others.

Just a quick note to say - you have done an excellent job with the Virtual Fundraiser! We were not sure how we would manage doing it again this year and were really pleased with your approach. After setting it up I was delighted with how easy you made it and all the sample texts you provided- which ensured I provided the right information! With the challenges of the year - I just wanted to express how happy we are to see how easy you are making it - and appreciate your out-of-the-box thinking!!  N.C.
