When I place an order when will it ship?
Most orders will ship within 24 – 48 hours of receipt of order. Keep in mind that the day the order ships, as well as weekends and holidays, do not count as days in transit.
During the months of May through September (up to Labor Day), all orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Due to warmer summer temperatures we do not ship Thursday through Sunday. For additional shipping information please see our Shipping Information page.
Do you give tours of your facility?
Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to give tours of our kitchen facilities and no longer offer tours of our factory.
What if I am allergic to certain types of products?
Our chocolates are manufactured in a facility that may contain the following ingredients: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, and soybeans.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on consumable food/candy products.
Do you sell my information to other companies for marketing purposes?
Absolutely not! The personal information that you share with us will never be sold to any outside agents for any purpose.
Is your website secure and safe to shop?
Yes! We use the newest encryption to protect your data.
How do I check my Munson’s Chocolates gift card balance?
If you bring your gift card to any Munson’s Chocolates retail store, they can check your card balance. You can also call 866-794-4839 to obtain balances on your card.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
