When I place an order when will it ship?

Most orders will ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of order.  Keep in mind that the day the order ships do not count as days in transit as well as holidays and weekends.

SUMMER MONTHS - During the months of May - September (Labor Day) all orders will be shipped Monday - Wednesday. Due to warmer Summer temperatures we do not ship Thursday - Sunday. For additional shipping information please see our Shipping Information.

Do you give tours of your facility?

Due to insurance restrictions we are unable to give tours of our kitchen facilities and no longer offer tours of our factory.

What if I am allergic to certain types of products?

Our chocolates are manufactured in a facility that may contain the following: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. For the health and safety of our customers we do not accept returns on consumable food/candy products.

Do you sell my information to other companies for marketing purposes?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! The personal information that you share with us will not be sold to any outside agents for any purpose.

Is your website secure and safe to shop?

YES! we use the  newest level SHA -256 algorithm (256-bit-encryption) - the gold standard in online security.

How do I check my Munson's Chocolates gift card balance?

If you bring your gift card to any Munson's Chocolates retail stores they can check your card balance. You can also call 866-794-4839 to obtain balances on your card.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
