#MunsonsHolidayMoments Giveaway Terms

Please read the Terms & Conditions below prior to entering the #MunsonsHolidayMoments contest. By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, even if you have not read them.

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. You may enter by sharing a picture on Instagram as outlined in the giveaway entry rules, or by submitting our online entry form. 

Entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. All entries must be received by January 7, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. One entry per person. You must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address provided in your online entry, or of the Instagram account used to post your photo entry.

Eligibility. This contest is open to U.S. residents who are currently residing in the United States. You must be 18 years or older at time of entry. Photo entries must be original; photos previously published in any copyrighted newspaper, magazine, book or other medium is ineligible. Void where prohibited.

Prize. One winner will receive a $50 Munson’s Chocolates gift card. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of this prize is permitted. Prize will be shipped via ground shipping and you will receive it within 3-12 days from ship date.

Selection of Winner. At the close of the contest, all eligible contest entries will be entered into a random drawing, and one winner will be selected at random.

Notification of Winner. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email (or via Direct Message, for photo entries on Instagram) on January 8, 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Social Media Disclaimer. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. During the entry process, you are providing your information to Munson’s Chocolates and not to any other party.

Publicity & Privacy. By entering, you grant Munson’s Chocolates the right to use your entry (including all or part of the text and images you provide) and your name on our social media pages, website, and/or marketing materials. Your information will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

Email Marketing. By entering, you give Munson’s Chocolates permission to add you to our email list, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
